Hexarelin Acetate, also named Examorelin, EP-23905 or MF6003, belongs to the first-generation synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) family. It is a structural analog of GHRP-6, distinguished by the unique D-2-methyl-tryptophan modification at position 2 of the peptide chain.
